The Demand: Stories of Human Trafficking

Still Point is thrilled to announce the premiere of our new play, “The Demand: Stories of Human Trafficking”, by Jenny Magnus. The International Labour Organization estimates that there are currently 40.3 million victims of human trafficking globally, serving a $150 billion industry worldwide including sex trafficking and various kinds of forced labor. This new project includes a short play based on real stories of human trafficking followed by a post-show panel discussion aimed at informing audience members of how they can help combat the global blight of modern human slavery. Directed by KellyAnn Corcoran, featuring Katherine Bellantone, Gabriella Kristine Hebel, and Nate Smith. Tickets are $15 general admission, $10 for students and seniors.
